Many top-level leaders I coach are accused of being too intense ie. their “Intensity of Leadership Style” is off-putting for their coworkers.
How can you overcome this?
Lowering your intensity doesn’t mean you need to lessen the emphasis on results. How do you emphasise stronger intensity of results but have your energy more relaxed?
